Failed lift today...

As you know I've been working on my front squat. So far 150kg has been OK. today 143kg was easy so i tried 163... did not go up at all... ugly but true:( oh well... I did write about failure HERE. So thats what happened today.

Here's the vid... I'll get that lift soon!:)

All 7 Nutrition articles up! and TAGBOARD fixed!

Some Internet Explorer/Firerfox incompatibilites with the tagboard casued it to be at the bottom when viewed in IE... but now its OK!! so TAG AWAY:) thanks!

Finally finished all 7 of the eating habit articles. Here they are:

Hope it helps:)

Part 1 - Eating every 2-3 hours
Part 2 - Eating enough complete protein
Part 3 - Eating fruits and vegetables each meal
Part 4 - Eating starchy/sweet stuff only after training
Part 5 - Eating a variety of fats
Part 6 - Drink 0 calories!
Part 7 - Eat whole, natural foods

Making eating correctly a Lifestyle Part 7 - Eating whole, natural foods

It's quite simple actually. The idea is this. Stuff that looks the way it was created when you put it into your mouth is GOOD. Stuff that has pretty packaging and you cant SEE what it used to be in its natural form is BAD. Some examples are below...

CHICKEN SAUSSAGE - BAD!!

ACTUAL CHICKEN - GOOD!!

SWEET POTATO PIE - BAD!!

ACTUAL SWEET POTATO - GOOD!!

See how easy it is? :) Thats it for the 7 parts to eating correctly. Thanks again to Dr.Berardi, hope you can put this stuff into practice and let it fork for you. AFTER you can consistently do all these things almost all the time. Then adjusting calories, food combinations, meal timings and macronutrinet ratios makes sense. Before that, put these foundations in place first.
