It's quite simple actually. The idea is this. Stuff that looks the way it was created when you put it into your mouth is GOOD. Stuff that has pretty packaging and you cant SEE what it used to be in its natural form is BAD. Some examples are below...

AFTER you can consistently do all these things almost all the time. Then adjusting calories, food combinations, meal timings and macronutrinet ratios makes sense. Before that, put these foundations in place first.
