Fat melting, heart pounding training.



This is part of today's workout. I did 3 sets of 8, 6, 6,reps. 135lbs. (60kg) One rep is:
  • Drop down and do a pushup
  • Grab the bar
  • Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push Press
  • Repeat!

8 reps took about 65 sec. It was pretty tough but I like it! Its just one of the combination exercises you can do to really melt fat and work on your conditioning.
