More "velocity diet" followers!

Some of my female freinds have decided to attempt the velocity diet... I will support them and encourage them to record their experiences to post here:)

Tomorrow Its my turn - IPPT

Well for all that talk about IPPT (don't worry the articles are coming up!) Tomorrow is my turn. I do chinups alot as part of regular training and the other stations should not be a problem. I did a bit of situp training just to build in a bitmore endurance in the abs over the past 2 weeks. The interesting part will be the 2.4km (1.5mile) run. I did not train it AT ALL. well... not specifically. I am trying to go under 10 mins with NO specific training. Lately i have only done suff like what is describe in this article. The work time is about 10-12 mins and the heart rate... well lets just say my chest wants to explode. Lets see if it helps my 2.4 tomorrow!:) will update asap.
