Oh man... the world of warbluff is getting famous!
Its even on southpark. I wrote about the possible dangers. But when it gets on southpark you know its making waves (and free publicity for blizzard). More than a million total views on the video hosting site. WoW:) indeed. Southpark is crude and I dont agree with the language and some of the themes in there. But this eppisode does have some value in terms of how online games (like the world of warcraft and other MMORPGS) can take hold of people and not let go, wasting their real life time and opportunities.
Ok... lets talk about this -sex
Ok why are such things on my tagboard (before i delete them)? there is a general obsession with sex. And its even more obvious on the internet where people are dis-inhibited (look at all the crap out there!) and say whatever they feel like whenever they like. I dont know if "sexgirl" is really a girl even (i would guess its some messed up guy...) but hey!!! look its the internet, its some guys' tagboard, nobody will ever find out who I am! I think ill post some meaningless sex related messages... yes thats what I'll do, in broken "internet english" furthemore!
Ok sex is all well and good! I think its an awesome expression of intimacy. And when I am married, my wife and I will act... how should I say... "extremely married" - If you know what I mean - And I think you do... hehe.
But all this obsession with sex (hey naked people on advertisements make products easy to sell if people are all addicted to sexual stimulation anyway - do you need to put much thought into advertising beer to an alcoholic?) is not healthy.
Sex outside of marriage (before also) messes up marriages. Cos it allows both parties to consider extra marital sex "acceptable" even at a sub-conscious level. affiars are the no.1 cause of messed up marriages, and messed up marriages ==> messed up kids ==> who will in turn become messed up spouses as well ==> a bad cycle thats very bad for everybody. This is happening already (How many families really like each other, are happy together, have a home that they like to return each day to that is peaceful, secure and loving... no ... really... how many do you know?) and it should be the primary concern of everybody.
Please, if sex if the prime obesssion of your life thats not healthy. If you are addicted to porn please stop. You are setting yourself up for failure as a spouse and parent. This is not judgemental, its just the way it is.
