Charity walk was great!

Fun for everyone!

Me on stage with the cool wireless microphone!

Crowd

Crowd

more crowd:)

I was nervous the night before leading the warmup... the song was playing in my head (and the movements as well) so I slept at 1+am when I needed to wake up at 545am. Got to the start point in the darkness of the pre-dawn morning. Practiced one more time with the team and then at 745am it was showtime! The crowd was great and all went well:) I'm not nervous once I get on stage... Its the before when IM rehearsing that I feel a bit perfectionist and try to get things all right (even if its only in my own head).

My thoughts on being in front of a 20,000 crowd...

1. Its a priveledge to get to speak in front of so many people. Especially since i'm uh... 26yrs old. It's special, many people don't even get that chance once in a lifetime.

2. Its not that different from speaking to 200 people. 2 people to 200 is a big differnce but 200 to 20,000 isnt that big a differnce for the speaker, you just need better speakers and sound equipment:) or uh... hills and valleys to echo your voice

3. The program must be designed to engage the entire crowd. Its tough to lose people if you don't keep them focused all the while. Extra energy on stage, extra care with the words and teh actions on stage as well. these are necessary.
