Got to be balanced
Not just using single leg and single arm training:) But in life. So many people get stuck into boxes that society and the people around them impose. Not to say I'm totally immune to this but I do want to live life with passion. Performance and fitness coaching is thrilling for me. I treat each client like a special and individual puzzle and work on him/her piece by piece till they are as good as they can be. But I would be BORING if all I talked about when you met me was how you should eat less cake (although i do a good amount of that!).
One of my other interests is photography. Its amazing that we can capture a moment in time! Here are some photos from my latest trip to Kusu Island.
