I wrote about this young javelin thrower who was having no progress for a long while... Over training was the reason... but kids you know:) they need to learn the hard way sometimes! So he fell sick and missed a few trainings. Guess what, beat his previous best by 4 meters EASILY! Keep up the good work... and include some rest weeks!
