Velocity Diet Day 19

Ok fat loss seems to have slowed. But The arms are clearly more veiny and the tummy is a bit tighter, weight is down 1kg to 77. Also this week was the lower volume training week in the 4 weeks of diet. Its a 4 week training block of moderate, high, low, very high training volume. Am nursing a slight hip flexor strain on the right leg (not sure from where!) weird...
