Health Problems today!

I am (unless I get some new reflection or revelation haha!) done with the "life lessons from sports" series of blog entries. Now for something new! I have not shared on the blog before but my so called "professional training" is as a computer engineer!! Thats what I went to "higher" education for. What I learnt is how to discipline myself to study stuff that is boring to me! (Binary stuff, fundamentals of programming languages, build your own operating system, debug thousands of lines of code... might as well count sheep ZZZ...phew i passed!)

What I'll be writing about in the next few entries is VERY and I mean VERY useful to many people expecially busy working professionals. While counting sheep in university, I did find something I'm passioante about. Its human performance. Running faster, juping higher, lifting heavier stuff, preventing and rehabbing injury etc.

Most of my friends are not cometitive athletes, but HEALTH is important! They work in offices, they sit at desks, they drive cars, take buses and seldom enter sunlight. They make full use of the inventions called elevators and escalators. They have maids to do housework. Their bodies...well... get soft and weak. Much more often looking like A rather and B (below). And yes this goes for my female friends too, I don't care how thin you are. Ladies, when you wave at your friends, your arm should **NOT** wave back at you!

Starting tomorrow, I'll be doing some posts called "The BEST 15 mins". If you only had 15 mins a day to exercise. What would you do? I know you wouldnt lie on a mat and do yoga! I thought long and hard, and have read, and tried quite a bit of stuff. So I'll give my best shot at telling you what you can do in 15 mins (with minimal equipment) that beats the socks off just about any "fitness" class where people wear tights and dance to 60's music while just about nothing is happening to their physical appearance or ability. Stay tuned!
