Velocity Diet day 8 - NEPA @ Macritchie Reservoir

Part of the fat loss plan is to do "NEPA" or Non-Exercise-Physical-Activity i.e. brisk walk/slow swim etc. The idea is to burn calories while not doing so much that you lose muscle or get weak. And not taxing your recovery ability. Today my colleagues went to Macrichie Reserviour to run. I walked for about 45mins in the nature reserve and brought my camera along for the ride:)
