Alright new personal best lift!

Ok tried a new personal best today. Its been 4 weeks since i tried a new record. The more advanced we get as athletes the less often we can try new records, it takes alot out of us. so personally its about 4 weeks train, then after that go for a new personal best! today the chosen lift (we don't choose nonsense exercises like bicep curls to test our progress) was Snatch (wide grip) deadlifts. these are harder than regular deadlifts because the body is in a less advantageous position to pull the weight off the floor. My previous best was 190kg about 2 months ago. Here i tried 200kg! GOT IT!! it was slooooowwwwww but it got lifted up! :):)
