Velocity Diet day 21+3 - some glycogen in muscles

Of coruse when we go on a low (near no) carb diet for an extended period, we lose water and muscle glycogen. So thats what happens on the velocity diet. But 3 days after eating some regular food i took more pics to see what happens. This is the first time that i have tried such a low carb diet. And this is the first time i am coming off it.

Overall quite good. a bit bigger looking:) haha and i went to run 8x250m sprints yesterday... wow i felt LIGHT! its great! and i finished it with much less suffering that I expected (still quite alot of pain though ahah)
