Whats next?
Ok im getting out or army reservist this week friday. Coming up its full swing training for my basketball guys for the national under-17 tournament. We are going to go into some sports specific conditioning to prepare for the season. Strength training goes into maintanance mode for the next few months. Did you know that some guys with too much time to watch video calculated that there are 21 seconds between activity for a basketball player? I.e. move for 21 sec --> do something like rebound, shuffle, shoot etc... I am going to make use of this for the team's upcoming conditioning sessions:) Its gonna be painful but fun!
