My schedule is pretty hectic! So what about training?
In this year end period I am pretty swamped schedule wise. At work, we are opening our "Cyberwellness" center for more hours to allow more kids to have a chance to get influenced positively. For basketball coaching we have lots of games, training, and a trip to malaysia (AGIAN!). Personally I am off to australia for some time to meet my sister as she graduates as an occupational therapist in brisbane - Middle right of the map (University of Queensland). Pretty exciting... but what about training?
Training will be on maintainance mode for this period. I will be doing NO 1rms and working in the 5-10 rep range more. I will keep the diet clean and I will train less frequently with more emphasis on soft tissue work and massage to get all ready for next year where we get super strong again. I have never done such a long regenration period before but after 8 years of training i think its about time:)
I will also be working on my new website and a new ebook on how to get from "zero" to pretty much "very competent" as a person trying to exercise and eat as well as they can. I will be putting up some Q&A soon to see what people want, and how i can tailor the book to meet the most needs. stay tuned! Those who help me with feedback... well lets just say that I will be appreciative in a tangible way:)
