Today most travelling in a long time!
Wow today was... just wow... My excellent Combat engineers platoon did a great job laying down some trackways for vehicles to cross over bad terrain. Took them about 20 mins. That was excellent (for reservists and even considering some equipment problems...) but the travelling was really killer. for me
- 1 hour to camp
- 1 hour to naval base
- 1 hour to beach landing
(wait all day)....
- 1 hour back to mainland
- 1 hour to camp
- 1 hour home...
haha the joy of army. I need a longer book, and a ground sheet to sleep on.
