Tough choice... get fat or get senile?
Just read new reasearch on TEFLON (yea yea TM) pans... Have been using these for about 3 years at home for my beloved eggs... so what will it be... teflon - no oil and lower calories? or heap on the butter so i can make a nice flip of the food halfway thru cookin? ... choices choices... haha. My family did get a new pan. Its quite expensive ($50) and high class stainless steel. I'll give it a try and write about it.
