Straight from the heart of a weakathon survivor
My brother is currently serving in the armed forces. He was forced to run the 21km weakathon. He just got home (he's well coached by... ahem... me haha!) first words out fo his mouth (its his first weakathon) "I just lost some respect for people who finish marathons, its not that hard, deadlifting 200kg (3x bodyweight) is MUCH HARDER"... any supprise? None at all! Not after the truth which i wrote about HERE. Lets wake up to the reality that weakathons dont give us the performance or appearance we are after!
Here he is with his finisher's medal, number tag... (yes hes handsome! and more muscular than he looks here haha!)
