Velocity diet day 21 - Pics

Ok i weigh 75-76kg lost aobut 6kg from my starting weight. These are the latest pics:) unpumped. I will take some 3 days from now ater eating a few carbs and we'll see what it looks like full! At the top is the start pic, on the Left is 5 days in, top and right are current pics. Lots of veins... but not that much abs considering the vein amount... ahha former fat boy syndrome?
Things I liked: feeling light, joints feel good (all that fishoil i think), feel quick, abs look nice hehe
Things I did not like: feeling hungry (worst only during the first week), cannot do as much sprinting and metabolic conditioning (walking is boring), got weaker (but may be CNS fatigue as much as anythign else as i did quite an intense block of training, we shall see after a couple of weeks)
