What if magic pill really work?

More good news for the obese and overweight. Another "super pill". These just about NEVER WORK.... But lets say for a moment that they do and they work in 24 hours. But because of side effects, they only work 1 time before they become an overdose thats dangerous... wouldn't everybody just love that?

24 hours to --> hard abs, firm butt and thighs, slim waist, you know... all the promises that slimming centers and other services often give but never truly make good on...

Would anybody buy one? OF COURSE. It will be a top seller!

But I wouldn't recommend it. Here is why: IT WOULDN'T LAST. Instant abs can be lost with a couple of weeks

The journey to great health and fitness is absolutely necessary to long term sustenance. Getting those great abs with no effort or discipline. Will mean lose them just as fast.

Do you want long term success? Learn all the secrets along the journey.

Good Luck! And don't be taken in by instant gratification!

  1. I was discussing the same sort of thing with my girlfriend about her diet. She wanted to sign up to one of these miracle sites that was promising 11lbs lost every 7 days. She said they tell you exactly what to eat and when and that was good for her because she didn't have time to work it out herself and that she didn't know about the different types of foods.

I was saying that she should just learn the basics of good nutrition first and that I would give her some things to read. That without the basics you'll never be able to modify and adjust your diet as your situation changes.

People don't want to put the time in. It's like stomach stapling or liposuction. It's a short term fix for a long term problem. If you're still eating 10 doughnuts a day, you're still going to get fat, surgery or not :(
